A five star company! Lainey has been handling all of our Airbnb cleaning. She is reliable, hard working, honest and flexible. We have high standards of cleaning for our guests and she has helped maintain our 5 star "cleanliness" rating on Airbnb. I have been using their cleaning services since the beginning of 2023 and have always been highly satisfied with the quality of cleaning. Lainey’s work ethic has also always impressed me. In addition to the daily cleaning of our pub and common areas of our hotel, which is always performed to the level that we had set at the outset, Lainey has also undertaken special jobs including steam / deep cleaning of hallway carpets (which are subjected to commercial kitchen “greasy shoes”) and deep cleaning of my suite (prior to me coming back after an extended vacation).
